We’ve officially entered the summer months and it’s fantastic to see the farm coming to life. ☀️

With the recent warm weather and sunshine, there’s been plenty happening across Windmill Hill Fruits as the season gets fully underway. The fields are busy, fresh fruit is being picked daily and our Drive Thru has been incredibly popular already, which has been amazing to see.

From strawberries and raspberries to blueberries and blackberries, summer is one of the busiest and most exciting times on the farm, and we love welcoming so many of you throughout the season.

A huge thank you to everyone who has visited the Drive Thru so far and supported our family-run farm. Seeing returning customers alongside lots of new faces has made for a brilliant start to summer.

We’re delighted to announce that Tesco will be stocking our strawberries this season. 🍓

Our strawberries are now available as part of the Tesco Finest range and have already landed in stores as of this week!

It’s a great way to sample our strawberries if you usually buy frozen, or if you’re a little too far away to visit the drive thru!

The sun’s been shining, the fruit is growing, and we’re getting ready for another incredible season on the farm. 🍓

Recently, we picked the perfect day for a photoshoot down on the farm. ☀️

With the sun shining, we captured some gorgeous spring shots of the fields, behind-the-scenes moments with the production team, and of course, a brilliant video of James telling us all about the famous Drive Thru.

It was a lovely chance to showcase the farm at such a beautiful time of year, with the fresh fruit season just around the corner. 🍓🫐

Are they already pitted?� Yes, all ready to use, no prep needed.

Are they as good as fresh?� They’re picked at their best and frozen straight away, so you keep that flavour and goodness locked in.

What can I use them for?� Smoothies, baking, desserts… or straight from the freezer as a snack (trust us on this one).

Do I need to defrost them first?�Not always, they’re great frozen, but you can defrost if your recipe calls for it.
