A hand cut tomatillo salsa verde - more like a salad, than a dip. Delicious!

Finely chopped tomatillos, jalepeno pepper, white onion & coriander dressed simply with salt & lime juice.

I’m serving it with a baked potato, hoummous, cottage cheese & slow roasted tomatoes 😋

I go once a week!

7th June 2026 - a fantastic day out for everyone to enjoy. We are based just two miles outside Bromyard and are opening up our farm for you to come and learn about who we are and what we do. Step into nature and take a moment to discover where your food could come from.
