Right a little bit about me, my career as a butcher started in the early 90s as a Saturday Lad at Picketts in Ware. When I left school in 1995 I was offered a job with Ed Turner at the Sele Farm Picketts, a few years later aged 21 I bought the Sele Farm shop off Ed.

I would never envisaged nearly 25 years later the business would be still thriving! A lot has changed in those 25 years and we’ve had to keep up with new trends and social media etc , but we’re still going from strength to strength consistently smashing sales targets year on year.

I’ve always been a great believer that you’re only as good as the people you have around you, and I’ve been fortunate to have some great staff around me.

We’re currently having a little break and will be back on the 3rd of June all bright & bushy tailed.

What a day, so busy you’ve nearly cleared us out!! We’re still busy working away tonight getting ready for it all again ...
