FATHER’S DAY!

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet on here lately we’ve been busy at the chopping block!

It’s the big fella’s day this Sunday, and we all know he’d rather have a proper steak than another pair of socks…

So we’ve been ageing some top-tier beef in our dry-ageing chamber, ready for the occasion.

Saturday tomorrow? How did that happen?!

We’ve got a busy one ahead this weekend, catch us tomorrow at Willaston Farmers Market and then on Sunday at Oxton Village Market. Both running 9am–1pm, so swing by for all your BBQ essentials, breakfast bits, and maybe an emergency pork pie.

Now, let’s talk shop… the lads have been hard at it all week and we’ll have a cracking display ready from 8am–2:30pm. Expect plenty of dry-aged steaks for British Beef Week, fresh new-season asparagus from our friends at Fine Fruits, some top-notch bread and bakery goods from local indie Harry at Solo Bread, and of course week two of our Sausage Buttys to keep you fuelled while you browse.

What a way to start the weekend!

A big 5* from the local health and safety.

I couldn’t be prouder of the team for achieving this.

Launching our new production kitchen, supplying both raw and cooked produce, and serving restaurants and the surrounding area — it’s no small task.

Our new production kitchen is finally up and running!

It’s been a long road to get here, but every step has been worth it. We’re kicking things off with a soft launch for now before going full swing — and trust us, we’ve got plenty in store for you in the near future…

Think: bone broths, breakfast sandwiches, lunch of the day, roasting joints, pies, sausage rolls, Scotch eggs, masterclasses… and that’s just the beginning.
