Exciting things are happening at Motte & Fig, and we’re looking for two brilliant people to join our team in Higham Ferrers.

COFFEE SHOP SUPERVISOR
£13.20 per hour | Average 30 hours per week

We’re looking for an experienced, confident and reliable team member who can lead by example, support the team and help keep everything running smoothly.

Experienced barista – essential
Supervisory/team-leading experience – highly desirable
Excellent customer service
Friendly, professional & dependable
Kitchen/cooking experience would be a bonus

PART-TIME COFFEE SHOP ASSISTANT
National Minimum/Living Wage

A varied, hands-on Front of House role – serving customers, making drinks, clearing tables, cleaning, replenishing and helping keep the shop welcoming and friendly.

Experience is great, but attitude matters too – we’re happy to train the right person.

Friendly & confident with customers
Reliable & punctual
A genuine team player
Happy to get stuck in
Barista/hospitality experience preferred but not essential

Both roles include evening and weekend shifts, so flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

We’re an independent coffee shop with, a friendly environment, and fabulous homemade food, we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, take pride in what they do and want to become part of our team.
