The shop supplies fuel, e-bike hire, ATM Facility and takeaway hot drinks and snacks.

Hillswick shop ALSO offers bespoke orders, big or small, submit by Tuesday midnight for collect after 2pm Thursday. This includes a variety of Shetland butcher supplies, Scoop and Fruit & Veg.

Another week, another reason, but same result: we won’t have The Shetland Times tomorrow Friday, but - weather permitting - on Saturday.

Hi all,

Just to let you know due to a loading error at Aberdeen airport no newspaper supplies were carried this morning.

We are hoping they will arrive tomorrow morning but this all depends on the weather.

Papers will be delivered in the usual way.

Apologies this is out with our control.

Message from “The Shetland Times” :

Unfortunately the flight that the newspapers come on has been cancelled this morning due to fog.

The newspapers are scheduled to arrive on the flight tomorrow morning (weather permitting) and will be delivered in the usual way.

Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause, which is out with our control.

Meaning that we should have the newspapers on Saturday morning in Hillswick… weather permitting.
