🚨 NEW CIDER ALERT! 🚨

New Cider from Marshland Cider available at the June Holbeach Indoor Farmers Market THIS SUNDAY 7th June ⬇️⬇️⬇️

New cider launch - Late Pressing! Made from the last, ripest apples of the 2024 harvest.

The flavours are beautifully rounded and balanced. There's rich apple on the nose to start. Then on the tongue there's a full refreshing sourness, stored-apple flavours, and some balanced tannins and astringency. Post swallow there's a long smooth complex finish.

If you like my still dry ciders you will love this. And Marshland Cider aficionados may remember the name Late Pressing from the 2020 harvest ciders. The moment I tasted the last cider from the 2024 harvest I recognised it immediately so it made sense to use the same name.

It shares the same uncompromising credentials of all my dry ciders: it's made using fresh pressed juice from windfall apples and nothing else. It's unfiltered, unsulphited, wild fermented, no added water, no added sugar,, no concentrate, no flavourings. This is the purest and simplest expression of fine cider making.

It will shortly appear in shops stocking Marshland Cider, including Vine House Farm Shop & Cafe, Mountain's Farm Shop, The Ivy's Farm Shop, Worzals Farm Shop.

I'll have it on my stall at markets. Next up Sibsey Farmers Market on Saturday and Holbeach Indoor Farmers Market on Sunday.
