Our new Cheese of the Month is a total showstopper... Meet Flaming CharCoal 🔥

​While it might look like a lump of coal, it’s actually a delicious, fiery twist on a classic British cheddar.
Blending a rich, creamy mature cheddar with chilli for a warming kick, and infusing it with activated charcoal for that dramatic jet-black finish. This cheese will melt in your mouth!

​It pairs beautifully with a sweet chutney and a cold pale ale. Pop into the shop this week to grab a block and level up your next cheeseboard 🧀
