Hello everyone โ itโs been a few years since we last spoke about price, value, and why your local butcher can stand toe to toe with the supermarkets (and quite often come out ahead). A lot has happened since my last comparison: feed, fuel, energy, water, livingโ the whole basket has crept up. We all feel it at the till. So, letโs revisit the question:
Are high street butchers really more expensive?
