We’re hiring at Crates Local! 👋
We’re looking for two new team members to join our friendly, independent local produce shop and bistro in Horsham.
🍳 Kitchen Cook / Kitchen All-Rounder Love cooking? We’re looking for a passionate home cook to help prepare and cook our food, keep the kitchen running smoothly and get involved in the wider business.
🛍️ Front of House / Shop All-Rounder Friendly, confident and enjoy making people feel welcome? We’re looking for someone to help with our shop and bistro, serving customers and helping with the day-to-day running of the business.
For both roles, we’re looking for people who are happy to turn their hand to different jobs as the business needs. You don’t need to be a chef or have loads of experience — a great attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
Hours are flexible, so these roles could suit someone looking for work around children, school hours or other commitments. You will need to be available to work Saturdays and some core hours during the week, but we’re happy to discuss a working pattern that suits you.
