Good morning and Happy Fish Friday from C M Triggs Fishmongers ๐๐๐
Our Recipe of the Week is the delicious Pan Seared Halibut with Lemon Caper Sauce. This tender, moist, and flaky dish that is full of flavour, takes less than thirty minutes to cook.
Perfect served with sautรฉed green beans and baby new potatoes, and because itโs Friday, what better than a nice crisp, chilled glass of Chardonnay (hopefully youโll still have some left from the cooking process ๐)
Tim has some beautiful halibut loins delivered fresh and prepped ready for you, along with our usual super fresh ice counter produce.
Our freezer is fully stocked with our home-made fishcakes and Triggs Signature Fish Pie (gluten free option also available), our new Yellow Monkfish Curry, Fish Curry, Prawn Curry, Mussel Curry, jumbo sized fish fingers, Thai Salmon fishcakes, Mozzarella and Spring Onion fishcakes, salt & pepper squid, scampi, along our usual excellent choice of freezer produce.
