The meat produce is supplied direct from our Family Farms in the Colne & Holme Valleys. It has 100% traceability & our beef is matured on the bone for a minimum of 14 days for the fullest flavour. In the Shop we offer:

‼️This weeks beef‼️

This weeks beef is a beautiful Aberdeen Angus we bought from J G Bamforth’s, upper haggs farm, Thongsbridge 3 weeks ago. The farm is only 3.8 miles away from the shop! Can’t really get much more local than that! This has been in our fridge now dry aging for 3 weeks and is now in our shop window ready to be sold. What a belter it is, perfect fat cover and marbling! We’re extremely happy with this body of beef and we are excited for our customers to be able to purchase it. We have limited availability on the ribs of beef so make sure you don’t leave it too late.🥩

As a small local business we’re always keen to support other local farms and local businesses. John bamforth also owns Two Valleys Fresh Produce which is a delicatessen in the heart of meltham selling a wide range of sandwiches and fresh produce.
