Farnley Festival

Today was a very special day as we had the pleasure of presenting cheques to three of our four beneficiaries from this year’s festival!

We were delighted donate a total of £5,000 to The Kirkwood, Forget Me Not Children's Hospice, and Farnley Tyas Bowling Club .

We’ll also be making a donation to Farnley Tyas C of E First School, with photos to follow over the summer holidays.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, supported, sponsored, and volunteered at this year’s festival. Your generosity has made these donations possible, and we’re incredibly proud to be able to support such fantastic local organisations. ❤️

In honour of George Sawyer, the cup games were back for their 2nd year. Teams competed in 7 events. Congratulations to this years winners, Farmers angels from Shepley!

The trophies were hand carved Stone, made by stone mason and George’s Dad, Phillip ❤️ what an event to be proud of!

Fabulous event with so much team spirit & laughter.

Ticket Holders – Important Information

Please check your inbox for more details about the day. In the meantime, here are a few key points to note:

* As we’re in a rural area, our stallholders and bar may experience limited internet access. We recommend bringing cash to help keep things running smoothly.

* Be prepared for the weather. The forecast looks fine, but conditions can change quickly. Please bring warm layers and suitable footwear. Umbrellas are permitted, but gazebos are not.

* Seating: Some seating will be available, but you’re very welcome to bring a camping chair or blanket for extra comfort.

* Parking: Parking is provided and will be well signposted. If the car park becomes full, please be respectful of local residents and do not park in the village centre.
