The sun will have its hat on by the end of the week, and in preparation we have a wonderful range of cheeses perfect for Al fresco dining & BBQ burgers. One of your favourite cheeses is back! Ready in time for the Bank Holiday weekend is Little Lepe. These little button goats cheeses are soft, rich, luxuriously smooth, and full of tangy richness. Perfect to enjoy, whatever the weather. A highly requested & well known cheese has returned this week, Stinking Bishop. It is fantastic to be able to offer this wonderful cheese to you on a special offer. It is truly a delicious cheese, although it may be a little pungent! It has a soft, creamy, milky, buttery sweet unctuous paste that melts in the mouth. This is one to be savoured & enjoyed but it also makes the most wonderful gratin dauphinois. It is limited supply so make sure to pop in soon so you don't miss out.

Good morning, We once again appreciate all the heartfelt comments from everyone. We thought we would return to our normal posts as it is Easter this week. We have just received some delicious new & exciting cheeses on the counter ready to celebrate & enjoy. The new Snowdonia Cheese Purple Vale is also in which is a fantastic caramelised onion & balsamic cheese. We look forward to seeing you soon for all your Easter cheese.

First and foremost a massive thank you to everyone who has wished us all well during this time. The good news is look who came to visit the shop this morning! Amanda Broomfield is doing really well and has been recovering better than ever at home over the last few days. You will see her again very soon no doubt!

A little update about Amanda (Mum). She is in very good spirits and has been getting great treatment at the General Hospital. She did suffer with a heart attack yesterday/ this afternoon. This has been treated and she is looking forward to all of the get well gifts from us! Maybe not any cheese for a while. Please bear with us as there may be changes to staffing & normal hours at short notice. For now, we hope you will join us in wishing her a very relaxed & speedy recovery. Jonathan & Pippa x
