While customers may occasionally spot Emma around the shop or helping in the bakery, much of her work takes place behind the scenes. She oversees many of the moving parts that keep the business running smoothly, from team development to marketing, customer communications and seasonal planning.
Emma led the vision behind our rebrand and shop refurbishment and continually works to improve how we operate, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and the team without compromising on quality. She is also Vice Chair of the Q Guild and is currently studying for a BA in Sustainable Butchery & Gastronomy.
