A coffee shop when it's too early for wine, a wine bar when it's too late for coffee, and a shop all day long.

Ipsum, "itself" in Latin, Vinoteca as its name says, is a concept of its own. Ipsum Vinoteca is a wine bar and a wine shop with the biggest selection of boutique Italian wines and craft beers in the UK. Ipsum Vinoteca is a 20 seat restaurant with a menu changing daily only using local, fresh and seasonal ingredients and a coffee house for times when it is definitely too early for a glass of wine.

During our Montalbano’s Sicily tasting, we will also sample an exceptional premium Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. We’ll first taste it on its own - just as the professionals do - before enjoying it with a slice of proper bread… if I can find one! 😉

WE’RE OPEN ALL AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND!

No need to rush your Bank Holiday weekend — we will be open throughout, with extra time for a glass of w**e, an Italian aperitivo, a coffee or a little Italian shopping.

Sunday — open until 10pm when we’ll also be hosting our Tuscan W**e Tasting, taking you on a journey through Tuscany, from Chianti to Super Tuscans and all the way to the island of Elba.
Bank Holiday Monday — 11am to 5pm

Whether you fancy a quick espresso, a bottle to take home, or want to sit down, relax and make the long weekend last a little longer, come and see us.

Bank Holidays are made for slowing down. Preferably with a glass of Italian w**e in hand.
