Crafted by the Clapp family at Brue Valley Farms in the heart of Somerset, our small batch, hand-rolled Collection butters are a spread ahead.

Taking over 10 years to perfect their recipe, they’re made with cream from local cows that graze on lush West Country grass, that’s then churned in old-fashioned barrels for top-notch texture and flavour.

Ideal for melting over steak, corn on the cob, crusty bread, pasta or prawns, try our Farmhouse British Butter blended with fine Cornish sea salt, or pick a flavour to best suit your mood...
