As our annual Raydon Wheels Event is getting closer, it would really be great if you feel you could spare a few hours to help us on the day. We would love to be able to do all the tasks ourselves but larger events require more volunteers - you may also be able to take more time admiring the exhibitors’ cars!

King George’s Field AGM

The Trustees will be holding the AGM on Tuesday, 28th April at 7.00pm in the Pavilion on the King George’s Playing Field, Raydon.

Residents of Raydon and surrounding villages are very welcome to attend.

The following items will be on the agenda:

1. The Chairman’s Report
2. The Treasure’s Report
3. Election of Trustees

There will be a KGF Board of Trustees meeting following the AGM which is not open to the general public

We are pleased to confirm that our very successful vintage car show will be held again this summer. We are currently still in the planning stage but will advertise the date and time as soon as decided.

‼️ The “King George’s Field, Raydon” charity is working hard to deliver a new pavilion in the village and is looking to expand the Board by recruiting new Trustees to help spread the workload involved with taking this exciting project forward.

We are looking for volunteers, based in Raydon or in the surrounding villages, who can bring additional skills and expertise to complement those of the existing Trustees.

In particular we need people with a background in:
• secretarial work
• administration
• finance
• accounting
• legal
