Castlings Heath Cottage Cider Traditional small scale cider maker in Suffolk. Castlings Heath Cottage produce cider in the traditional way using local organic apples.

Our 'Original' is cider in it's simplest form, with nothing added and nothing taken away, it has a classic East Anglian dry, tart flavour and is available all year round. In the past few years we have been experimenting with adding other fruits and spices with great success. 'Apple Pie' has the addition of some warming spices and resembles a real apple pie! Seasonal ciders also include 'Elderflower Cider', 'Rosehip Cider' and cider with hedgerow berries.
