This is a family run butchers with my farther dave the owner, Darren the manager and my uncle who's 72 and 1 other full time butcher,combined we have over 100 years experience in the meat trade. If its not good enough for us it's not good enough for you our customers. This is what we stand by. We make our own sausage's on site with around 11 different varities. As its summer time we have our BBQ p

acks £12 or £20 which are a great deal. We make our own burgers,kababs and grill sticks and a whole load of other BBQ marinated meats from BBQ chicken, minted lamb, hot n spicy pork to Chinese style ribs. We keep out steaks on a minimum 14 day rotation so they have the best flavour. We have a wide range of cooked meats which we cook on site to from gammon ham, honey roast ham to roast beef, turkey and pork we also do corn beef salt beef and haslet. We have a selection of ready to eat pies which you can simple heat though in the oven for a quick dinner. These are made locally by a family run business in capel st Mary. We also make our own meatballs they come in trays of 8 either a italian herb and tomato or spicy chilli and tomato sauce. We have all your day to day cuts of meat and roasting joints of beef pork lamb and chicken. We take on big orders for bbqs, party's or just for stocking up the freezer.
