I’m done in the shop for the day as I’m doing a Butchery Demo for QMS and The Scotch Butcher Club at Meatopia UK Glasgow! Then heading down to Harrogate for the night ready for the Dalziel Ltd 100 year anniversary celebratory Show tomorrow!

Busy couple of days leading up to NSA Scotsheep 2026!

I may not be there myself due to a mental amount of work we have todo before the weekend but the Briggsy’s Quality Butchers brand will be there in full force with us being involved with 3 trade stands!

Find our Award Winning pies on the Davidsons Animal Feed stand and the Scotmin Nutrition Stand! All pies are made using Lamb from Belmont and beef from both Faughhill and Willowford 🥧 🥇

WIN a £50.00 Briggsy’s voucher by visiting the Hexam Marts Stand and guessing the combined weight of the 4 auctioneers! I’m told they had to remove their wallets before standing on the scales so please bare that in mind when guessing! 💷 ⚖️

Massive thanks to the above businesses for having us apart of this amazing event!

I’m now heading to my bed because it’s a 4am start to get all 650 pies baked off before they are collected 😎💪🏽
