What a gorgeous day yesterday, to take a stroll down to the lake. Peaceful, calm, bright and frosty. My favourite time of year, and an opportunity to reflect on just how beautiful nature is. Just as I thought life couldn't be any more perfect, a lovely lady approached us, as she'd spotted us and quite clearly has a very keen eye on what makes a memorable photo, to treasure forever. Gjetost (Norwegian Brown Cheese) is cherished for its unique taste and texture, and is a staple in Norwegian cuisine. It has a fudge-like consistency and caramel flavour. Made from a mix of cows' milk, goats' milk and cream, with a characteristic brown colour. This delicious cheese is best eaten in very thin slices.
