🚨 NEW SNACK ALERT! 🧀🍯

Hot Hal-Moo-Mee Bites drizzled with honey.

Sweet. Salty. Squeaky. Sticky. And quite frankly mind-blowingly good.

The cheese comes from the brilliant Blue Sky cheese, where Jeremy and Becky Cooper handmake their Hal-Moo-Mee in small batches in the Lincolnshire Wolds, using raw unpasteurised Lincolnshire cow’s milk.

It’s their British take on halloumi. Beautifully buttery, less salty and with that all-important squeak.

We cook it until golden, drizzle it with honey and that’s it. When the ingredients are this good, you don’t need to mess about.

This is Barbers 1833 Vintage Cheddar.
Rich, savoury, slightly crumbly and with that proper mature Cheddar tang.

And look closely at those little white flecks running through it. They’re calcium lactate crystals, they form naturally during maturation as lactic acid interacts with calcium in the cheese.

Why not pair with our Cheeseandbees Norfolk ale and apple chutney, a wedge of fruit cake and a pint of decent bitter or pale ale. 🍺

I recently caught up with the lovely Ailsa Proverbs MBE, the driving force behind The Big Cheese Making Kit

The kits contain the ingredients, equipment and instructions needed to make fresh cheeses including mozzarella, ricotta, halloumi, feta and mascarpone. You mainly just add milk and follow the easy straight forward instructions.

We now sell the kits at Cheeseandbees, and they make a cracking gift for cheese lovers, curious cooks or that difficult person who .

We’ll also soon be launching cheese-making evenings using the kits. Learn something genuinely interesting while making cheese, drinking w**e and having a giggle with friends. What could possibly go wrong? 🍷🧀

Fresh raw milk, straight from our herd at Ulceby Grange.

It's the same milk that goes into our cheese - unhomogenised and bottled to order, so it's as fresh as milk gets. Because it's unhomogenised, it develops a natural layer of cream on top - just like milk used to be.

We bottle Monday, Thursday & Friday afternoons.
Collection is from the Estate Office between 4–5pm the same day. Can't make it between 4–5pm on Monday or Thursday? No problem! We'll chill your milk ready for collection the following day between 9am–5pm. Friday orders are same-day collection only, as we're closed at weekends.
💳 Pay over the phone, or by card or cash at the office.
