Plaice is a diamond-shaped, right-eyed flatfish with a mottled brown top, distinctive orange spots, and a white underside. Caught very locally to us, a very sustainable fish,

It is a highly nutritious, lean white fish with a delicate, mild, and slightly sweet flavor. It is a versatile and healthy dinner option that cooks quickly and is easy to digest. 

We can leave it whole to roast ,like the second picture a customers recipe 💙

Is can also be fillets to pan fry in butter,
Or
skinned For breadcrumbs which children love,
All of which we can prep for you whilst you wait ...🐟

GURNARD
one of our favourites and most popular fish.. Both gurnard and monkfish have a robust, dense, muscular flesh that holds up beautifully in heavy curries, stews, and bouillabaisses.they get compared alot,
Perfect also for pan fried with a good olive oil,also good for roasting,

Versatility: Because of their firm structure, both fish take exceptionally well to strong, bold flavors like garlic, ginger, and chili.

It can be an very boney but with Darren's expertise he pin bones so you can enjoy your meal 🐟

This is absolutely amazing Jemma and the team have worked so hard to get the fishing known to young people letting them know all about it, IV heard lots from parents and also the children about the fun they have had,and it's awesome everyone knows how much all fishing means to us 💝 🐟💙🐟
