As I was brought up in Thailand I have a natural affinity with Thai

food. I understand the genuine flavours which gives my food authenticity. I was raised on a farm so, I know about quality vegetables and when they are ready to be eaten. Eating Thai food for all of my life means that I know an array of dishes. So, I should be able to find a meal suitable for you. I have lived in Britain for some years now and in that time I have cooked a lot of British and European dishes. I am currently passionate about cooking and discovering new desserts such as crème brulle, soufflé, sundaes, chocolate gateau, Victoria sponge, lemon tart, crepes, cheesecake, meringues and so on. Just look at my photos and you will see that cooking comes natural to me as whatever I cook it is of a quality standard. My friends and family will assure you that my British food is at least as good as my Thai or Chinese food. So, no matter what kind of food you require I’m sure you’ll find it an enjoyable experience. Catering background:

In the recent past I have been a self-employed caterer selling food at a number of Festivals and Markets throughout the country. The success I had at these venues eventually led me to being a tutor teaching cookery. As a self-employed caterer my duties were to manage budgets, order stock, liaise with council officers, prepare and serve meals to the public and ensure my kitchen meets the required hygiene safety checks. I am aware of the need for good food hygiene as I have attended and passed the relevant safety courses. Catering Future:

As food is my passion I plan to run and hold my own café bistro one day serving food that reflects my ethos of tasty quality food that appeals to the eye. Hopefully you can help me to bring food to the wider public one day.
