Beautiful Roast Sirloin of Beef bought from Malton Livestock Market and came from Carnaby, East Yorkshire. Washed down with a fabulous bottle of Stellenbosch that Claudia (my daughter) brought back from her recent trip to South Africa with her Bishop Burton College Agri group.
