And we're celebrating with these Gut-Friendly Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding Bites. Chocolate, strawberry, chia seeds - the trio we didn't know we needed. Make a batch and try not to eat them all at once. ๐Ÿซ

You'll need:
๐Ÿ“ 300g strawberries
๐Ÿ“ 2 tbsp RAW Black Chia Seeds
๐Ÿ“ 2 tbsp maple syrup
๐Ÿ“ 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
๐Ÿ“ 100g dark chocolate

Here's how:

1. Mash the strawberries in a bowl, then mix in the chia seeds, maple syrup and coconut until you get a jam-like consistency.
2. Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture into mini cupcake liners and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each one.
4. Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate and place back on the plate. Drizzle over any remaining chocolate.
5. Refrigerate or freeze until the chocolate sets.
6. Top with a pinch of flaky salt and enjoy.

Got RAW olive oil, ACV and honey in your cupboard? Youโ€™re already halfway there.

Youโ€™ll need:
๐Ÿฅ— 180ml RAW Extra Virgin Olive Oil
๐Ÿฅ— 60ml RAW ACV
๐Ÿฅ— 2 tbsp water
๐Ÿฅ— 2 tbsp RAW Acacia Flower Honey
๐Ÿฅ— 1ยฝ tsp salt
๐Ÿฅ— ยผ tsp pepper

Hereโ€™s how:
Throw everything into a jar, shake it up and drizzle over your salad. Thatโ€™s it. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Taco Tuesday just got a gut-friendly glow up. ๐ŸŒฎ

These Jackfruit Tacos are smoky, satisfying, and topped with RAW Sauerkraut for that extra gut-loving kick. Trust us, you'll be making these on repeat.

Makes 10 tacos

You'll need:
๐ŸŒฎ 1 can of baby jackfruit, drained
๐ŸŒฎ 1 small onion, chopped
๐ŸŒฎ 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
๐ŸŒฎ 2 tbsp tomato puree
๐ŸŒฎ 2 tbsp RAW Extra Virgin Olive Oil
๐ŸŒฎ 2 tbsp cumin
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tsp chipotle powder
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tsp paprika
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tbsp RAW Apple Cider Vinegar
๐ŸŒฎ 2 tbsp soy sauce
๐ŸŒฎ 1 tbsp maple syrup or RAW Acacia Honey

To serve:
๐ŸŒฎ RAW Sauerkraut (we used lemon and ginger)
๐ŸŒฎ Tortilla wraps
๐ŸŒฎ Tomatoes (optional)

Here's how:

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add the onion. Sautรฉ for 3 minutes.
Add the dry seasonings and sautรฉ for a further 3 minutes.
Add the jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and maple syrup. Heat for 3 minutes, then stir in the tomato puree and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Leave to cool slightly, load into your tortilla wraps and top with sauerkraut and your toppings of choice.

Stir a tablespoon of RAW Black Chia Seeds into your favourite juice and leave them to soak for 10-15 minutes. That's it. More fibre, more omega-3s, more gut-friendly goodness.
