THE PUMPKINS HAVE BEEN PLANTED!!! 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃

This years pumpkins are now planted and ready to grow! Now all we need is a nice warm summer 🙏 ☀️

This year we have 12 varieties so there will be some very unique pumpkins of all different shapes, sizes, colours and more.

We will pop some updates over the next few months as the pumpkins grow 🎃☀️🎃☀️🎃☀️🎃

It’s officially the month of Spring!!!

I don’t know about you but it’s certainly felt like a long, soggy, grey winter here at the farm. Hopefully that means we have some lovely spring weather coming our way!

The count down to planting this years pumpkins is on!!! How exciting!

THANK YOU EVERYBODY!!! 🍁🎃

This post is a bit overdue but here it goes…

We just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every person who has supported us through this amazing experience. The biggest thank you to everyone who visited the pumpkin patch, to those who liked and shared our posts online and who gave us such wonderful feedback, we are soooo grateful to you all. This was a labour of love and so much time and effort went into growing the pumpkins. The whole community and beyond has shown us such wonderful support, we couldn’t have hoped for a better first year at the pumpkin patch!

Also a special thanks to Sarah Rankin Cooks for visiting us and featuring us on her wonderful page, her pumpkin recipes she shared are fantastic!! Check out her FB for some lovely recipes!

It’s time to begin carving some lovely pumpkins from our patch!!!

Now that it’s getting closer to Halloween, have you chosen what shapes you would like to carve on your pumpkins this year?

We have a great carving station set up in the barn with all the tools you need! This means less mess at home and our lovely cows will also enjoy a tasty snack of all that comes out of the pumpkins you carve! But if you would like to take them home instead that’s great too.

So come along and have some fun picking pumpkins at our pumpkin patch. Though it’s been busy there are plenty left for everyone!
