Country Flavour Our family business, established in 1948 uses the expertise of 3 generations to produce lemon cheese, marmalade, herb jellies, jam and much more.

All our products are home made by us (Chris, Jo and Stephen Keogh) in Kirkby Stephen, using the best ingredients sourced locally where possible. Some of our recipes were developed by Chris’s parents at the Herb Farm, Ivegill and still bear that name. These include the Lemon Cheese, Herb jellies and Rum Butter. We also make marmalade and preserves using traditional recipes from local fruit in seaso

n. We can be found at agricultural and flower shows in the North of England during the summer season. We also attend local farmers markets at Orton and Carlisle, along with the weekly markets at Kendal, Hawes and Keswick all year round.

At Cumbria’s Museum of Military life, we stock a selection of local produce and some of our most popular items.
