Craigie’s has also pioneered the use of sustainably managed Orkney goose and now offers an enormously popular selection of products using this tasty and healthy seasonal meat. Craigie Butchers is part of a consortium of local butchers running Orkney’s abattoir – safeguarding the provenance of Orkney Meat and Orkney Lamb - and remains fully committed to maintaining the best traditions of island producers.
