So, we bought this sexy wee device a few weeks ago. It's a Thermomix TM6 and omg, it is without doubt the most amazing piece of kit to grace a kitchen. It can:
Cook, Saute, Grind, Knead, Caramelise, Mix, Stir, Grate, Weigh (deffo one of the coolest functions!), Chop, Puree, Crush, Blend, Steam, Emulsify, Stew, Braise, Mince, Whip, Mill, Ferment, Sear, Sugar, Sous Vide, Slow Cook, Boil, Thicken, it's a Rice Cooker, Egg Boiler, it Warms Up...It even cleans itself!
It is basically a robot for your kitchen which has about 80,000 recipes, and it leads you through them step by step. Cooking is fun, easy, you can't burn stuff! It even does your shopping! Yep, it does your shopping and through it you can have your food delivered to your door! Yes, it is that awesome!
Tonight I'm making kimchi. I've already made more new interesting recipes than I could have thought possible. I'm in love! This machine is just that amazing. Great for foodies, but equally great for folk who think they are not great at cooking. It is packed with inspiration!
I know it sounds hard to believe, so I'm demonstrating it in the cafe! If you want to see it in action and get some delicious free food, message us and we can book you in.
