Roland Fillings in Larkhall is currently still recruiting for a new team member to join our friendly and fast-paced environment.

Position Details:
• 4 days over 7 (flexible rota)
• Shift times: 7:30am – 2:30pm

About the Role:
This is a hands-on role within a busy food environment. Responsibilities include food preparation and handling, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, as well as operating the till and handling cash transactions.

What We’re Looking For:
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and safety

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and qualifications will be provided for the right candidate.

We are now only short of a very specific position which would include cooking and preparation for opening of the shop and throughout the shift.

Experience in a similar position is enviable but not necessary.

Full training would be provided on how we produce homemade soup daily and guidance always available throughout shifts.

PLEASE, only apply if you’re available to work shifts of 7:30am-2:30pm, 5 of 7 days per week. *This will include weekend work.*

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistants to join our team. We have shifts available across all 7 days of the week, making this a great opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work patterns.

Shift Time:
• 7:30am – 2:30pm
• 9:00am - 2:30pm.
Must be available for both start times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen duties
• Serving food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Supporting the kitchen team with setup and clear-down of service
• Ensuring all health & safety and food safety procedures are followed
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For:
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality for early starts
• Previous catering or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential (training provided and qualifications - level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety, level 2 HACCP and level 2 Allergy Awareness)
