🌞A little summer thank you from us!🌞

What a summer it’s been!🥩

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful customers for keeping us so busy over the summer months. We truly appreciate every visit, every order, every recommendation and all the continued support you show our little butchers shop.

We’re going to take a well-earned short break from Saturday 5th September until Wednesday 9th September.

Then we’ll be back, rested and ready, with plenty of autumnal, cosy vibes as we head into a brand new season 🍁🔥

Think warming roasts, hearty dinners, comforting favourites and all the good things that come with those crisp autumn days. 🍂🥩

Not many people see what happens after the shop doors close… ❤️🔪

One of the last jobs we do is scrape down our butcher’s block. It’s a tradition that’s been passed down through generations of butchers, helping to keep the surface clean, smooth, and ready for another day’s work.

It’s one of those little jobs that customers don’t always see, but it’s all part of the care and pride we put into everything we do.

For us, being a family butcher isn’t just about selling great meat—it’s about doing things properly, even when no one’s watching.

💭 Did you know…?

Our logo didn’t just appear overnight!

Before we opened our doors, we spent months designing it ourselves, with absolutely zero graphic design experience! 😅

We wanted something that truly represented who we are: a local, family-run butcher that’s proud of traditional values, quality produce, and serving our community.

Coach House=Our family home🤍

There were plenty of ideas that never made the final cut (swipe through to see some of them! 👀)
Looking back, some make us smile, some make us cringe, but every single one was part of the journey.

The logo you see today is one we’re incredibly proud of because it wasn’t just designed - it was created with a lot of time, patience, cups of tea, and family arguments🙈
