There is no doubt that we are in the middle of some unusually high temperatures. What does this mean for us as a wholesale supplier in the food industry? Firstly, let me explain about the 'cold chain'. A 'cold chain' is an unbroken, temperature-controlled supply chain and, as a business, we are doing everything in our power to make sure this remains unbroken. To do this, we inspect all our products at point of delivery to check for heat-damage, and where the product is temperature sensitive, we probe it to ensure it arrives within legal temperature limitations. This is both for your safety, and for our business integrity.
All we ask of our Customers is that you bear with us at this difficult time and that you trust that we are doing everything within our powers to get your order to you in the best condition. Our staff are working tirelessly to ensure this continues to happen, from our warehouse staff, to our inhouse Prep team, from our order Packers to our Deliver Drivers and, of course, our Admin teams and Managers.
To aid us with this, please ensure that there is somebody onsite to accept delivery of your order, or, please provide us with a temperature-safe place that we can drop your order at. If we don't already have a safe drop area, please call us on ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ณ๐ด๐ต ๐ฎ๐ต๐ฎ๐ณ๐ด๐ฎ or ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ณ๐ด๐ต ๐ฎ๐ต๐ฏ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฑ to arrange this. We will notify your delivery driver of your instructions.
