Once again we are in the embarassing situation of having to apologise for a loss of service. There has been a fire along from the depot today which has disrupted the power to all businesses in the surrounding area. We are mostly up and running but we have NO PHONES. Normal service should resume tomorrow morning. All deliveries will be made as usual but your order must be placed by email. Cut-off time for emails is 23:00. Emails received after this time may not be recieved and processed by us in time for delivery tomorrow.

Again, we apologise for yet another glitch in our processes.

Panic over and thank you for bearing with us during a very testing few hours.

A huge shout out to the National Grid for their sterling service. Got through to the emergency team at 08:10 and were promised that we'd prioritised due to the nature of the business. True to their word, the amazing Adam arrived within two hours of our call and was able to get us up and running again. Thank you Adam ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

The last couple of hours has been spent frantically getting everything running normally again and catching up on missed paperwork.
