Well 2023, you were fu***ng ace! I finally realised my dream of opening a little neighbourhood sandwich shop in OUR neighbourhood and it’s been beautiful watching it flourish.
To everyone that has supported us by coming to the shop, leaving a review, or even just telling your mates about us, I’m extremely thankful!
I can’t wait to see what 2024 brings - our team is growing (welcoming Jack to the crew!) and we’ve got loads of incredible specials on the horizon.
I thought I’d end the year with a picture of Silver, my daughter. She’s the inspiration behind the name and the reason I push so hard. And she’s cool af with a heart of gold 💛 🤍

Freshly baked sub, giardiniera (we’ll explain this in another post, it’s a lot!) pork and beef meatballs with fennel, marinara sauce & torched mozzarella.

🚨 TEMPORARY CHANGE TO THE OPENING HOURS 🚨

It’s become very apparent very quickly that the team are being stretched too thinly. We were not expecting to be this busy so early on and so had split the team across the opening hours to accommodate. We’ve realised after today that we need the entire team on the every shift to ensure a smooth and efficient service (with a smile 😃).
So for now we’re reducing our opening hours to Wednesday to Sunday 9am - 2pm until we can hire the appropriate number of staff to get back to where we’d like to be, serving those early commuters! The last thing we want the to do is burn out, so for now, this is us. We will update as we go and you never know, we might even open Mondays and Tuesdays in future!

Here it is, the menu we’ve been working on for months and months and months.
We’ll be posting tonnes of pictures and info this week and then the doors will finally open THIS SATURDAY at 8am.

We can’t wait to get this food out there and show you what we’ve been working on. We hope you’re ready?!!!

Put it in your diary! We’ve finally got an opening date, Saturday 4th November from 8am!

We’ll be posting the menus next week but you can expect great coffee from , morning pastries from our friends , incredible sweet things from the legends and of course, SANDWICHES SANDWICHES SANDWICHES!

Proper deli sandwiches, done right. All on freshly baked bread and hoagies, expect Cold cuts, house salt beef, garlic and thyme roasted chicken, we could go on. We’ll be using properly sourced ingredients for every one. Vegan or veggie? Don’t stress we’ve you covered too! Keep an eye out on here for more updates and pictures of what’s to come!

We can’t wait to show you all what we’ve been working on!
