A HUGE Happy Birthday to our little Orla 🎉

A massive part of Team Crossgates for nearly 5 years now and what a journey it’s been.

When we needed someone for the Saturday shift, it was always seen as a “lad’s job” but Orla stepped up straight away and proved that hard work, determination and attitude matter far more than stereotypes ever will.

She’s taken everything in her stride, balancing the shop alongside studying for a law degree, which is no easy task. Her work ethic, resilience and tenacity are an example to anyone coming through.

We’re proud to have watched her grow over the years and even prouder to have her as part of the team.

Mally was actually doing a video for the Homeless Street Angels asking for more donations of women’s clothes… but once that dress went on, he got far too comfortable 💃🏻😂 We’re not sure he wanted to give it back!

Every lesson, every challenge and every early morning helped build what Malcolm Michaels Quality Butchers is today 💙🤍💛

Proud of how far we’ve come and very grateful for the people who stuck by us thick and thin. Especially our loyal customers and friends…..generations of families who have supported us through the moves and each new shop. It makes it all worth while.
