Want to feel more confident choosing, preparing and cooking fish? 🐟🔪

Our Seafood School brings together over 140 years of Osborne’s seafood knowledge with the expertise of our experienced chefs and fishmongers.

You’ll get hands-on experience identifying and preparing different types of fish, learn how to get the best from your produce, watch demonstrations from our team and enjoy some of the dishes along the way.

You’ll leave with practical skills you can use again and again in your own kitchen. A great course for a group of friends as well!
