Just an observation..... there seems to be an ever growing amount of negative posts aimed towards local businesses (ours included). Before you start typing vile comments did you offer the business any opportunity to address your complaint? Are your words truly justified? And perhaps spare a thought for small business owners, who are grafting every single day in an attempt to keep their business alive after the most horrendous two years imaginable. Sometimes things don't always go right, but given the opportunity, most small businesses will do their utmost to rectify any problem and ensure their customers are happy. People may be dealing with other pressures in their lives and, in some cases, nasty comments could significantly impact their state of mind. Maybe just sit and think for a moment the impact your actions will have.
