Shetland Bakery with an accent! Here for the sweet magic and island life 👩‍🍳 We make everything onsite through our viewing kitchen and Cook School.

We are home of Shetlands Finest Products and supporters in small batch producers from Shetland, Scotland and further afield - including our very own Ice Cream, Shetland Fudge, Scottish Tablet and world famous Puffin Poo! Our refill station hosts over 120 items and we only sell our local milk through our milk dispenser. We only ever use this milk in our café and when we make our Luxury Shetland Ice

-Cream. We are proud to be Shetlands only café operating in this way - making sure we lower our carbon footprint and use of plastic. We are advocates in consuming responsibly with the highest quality possible, this is why we only ever use local meat in our street-food café and red tractor assured chicken and never any Palm Oil - sustainable or not.

Ever wondered what our best seller is… it’s our handmade Puffin Poo!! Delicious white nuggets of Belgian Chocolate, Mallow and Coconut are sooo good! I love one with a cuppa! How do you enjoy your poo? 😅

We use Shetland Butter & Cream with the finest Belgian Chocolate Buttons to make the tastiest, smoothest Fudge. I wish you could smell the smell from our kitchen, it is divine!!

Our kitchen in Shetland makes cookies on Friday 🍪 it means we can have a fresh start on Monday and make a start to orders that come through over the weekend. It is such a good day to be in, a good end to a busy week! 🫶

Shetland Fudge is just that Peerie bit different than others! Must be the local Butter and Cream we use!! 💙🐮 but seriously, it is super tasty!
