There is nothing like a sunny day to get you thinking about picnics! Glyndebourne, the Races or just a family get-together in the park- we can cater for your needs. Just give us a little notice (ideally a week) and we can put together a lovely treat to make your day out more special. We even lend out the lovely wicker hampers too! (Deposit required).

A whistle stop tour of the deli counter! There aren't may places that you can pop in and get a thick slice of ham for dinner or a small pot of houmous or a sheet of thinly sliced salamis or a mixed tub of sunblush tomatoes and olives or just a small block of cheese for a recipe. I could go on but it's a making me hungry! Whatever your catering needs, pop in (not today, we are closed for the Bank Holiday!).

Just a normal weekend in Lewes! Well done to all those who took part in the weekend's festivities. It was great to see the town busy!

The shop may be closed today for the Bank Holiday but the bunting is up for VE Day! Reopening tomorrow with fresh bread delivered daily, why not pop in for a sandwich? Lots of fillings available on sliced farmhouse white, sliced granary, focaccia, ciabatta or French bread.
