Halls Family Butchers We are a small, independent family owned and run butchers shop situated in the market town of Leyburn in Wensleydale.

Proprietor, Kevin Hall (Kev the Butcher!) has over 30 years experience working in the dales, buying and selling quality meat and poultry products. For all your meat requirements, call and see us anytime. Kev is always on hand to offer tips and advice.

Fancy something fresh, sessional and delicious?

We have been busy creating and have gone wild garlic mad!!🤪🌱

On offer we have..

- Chicken Kievs with homemade wild garlic butter
- Chicken breast stuffed with wild garlic sausage meat wrapped in bacon.
- Porchetta joints rubbed with fennel, wild garlic and black pepper or individual Porchetta pinwheels.
- Pork, Beef and wild garlic meatballs.
- Pork, wild garlic and apple cider sausages.
- Homemade wild garlic black pudding.

After a very busy Christmas week, we just wanted to thank our lovely customers for the continued support of our little shop. We have some delicious autumnal favourites on offer this week; 🤗

- Pork & Beef meatballs in a rich tomato and garlic sauce
- Chicken breasts stuffed with;
• Feta cheese, green olives coated in Greek passion marinade
• Sweet chilli wrapped in chorizo
• Mozzarella, green pesto wrapped in basil leaves.
