Hi all, it's a beautiful sunny day here in Lancashire, so much nicer for walking. It's been a while so I will tell you a little about my journey I started journey with THST in November 2021 & wow what a ride it's been already, I can't believe I'm 3yrs 4mths post op, I'm fitter and healthier than I have been for most of my adult life. I was 97kg when I started and happy to say I'm under target but that's OK I'm now 55kg. So if your still on the fence about your weight, why not do something for yourself and just talk to someone at THST, by far the best decision I ever made in my life.
