Our staff trip this year is to Barcelona 🇪🇸

This is our second trip & happy that I’m in a position to offer it again. Tapa’s (Small plates) is something I’d like to improve on our menu. Our arancini & pasta frita’s are extremely popular, but I’d like to have 2/3 more sides👀

Hospitality is not an easy industry, weekends & late nights. I tell the staff that I appreciate them, but this small gesture shows them how much I respect their time & effort. Many hospitality establishments constantly looking for staff, who are not growing. Thankfully I don’t have to do that, in 2 years I’ve had 1 person leave. I think it comes down to respect 🫡

Any loose coins or coppers are much appreciated ❤️.
