Fancy a job where you’re finished by lunchtime and everything you make gets sold the same day?
We’re a long-established Lincoln butcher and bakery, and we’re growing. Our bread, rolls, pastries, pies and cakes go out to our own shop and a growing list of wholesale and catering customers — and we need another pair of hands in the bakery.
Experienced baker? Brilliant — come and run with it.
No experience but a solid grafter who fancies learning a trade? Talk to us. We’ll train you properly.
The details:
📍 Monks Road, Lincoln LN2
⏰ [Full-time, 40 hrs] — early starts from [4–5am], done by early afternoon
💷 £12.71/hr minimum, more for experience
📝 Permanent, with staff discount and on-the-job training
What we’re after: reliability above all. Someone who turns up, takes pride in a consistent product, keeps a clean bakery, and works well in a small team.
