Farmers market tomorrow at Linlithgow Artisan Market we shall you there at our usual spot from 0900

Game season is now in full flow and we have a great selection of fresh wild game birds to tickle your fancy .

Forget all that boring whole roasting of birds why not s*x it up a bit.
Instore we have Indian madras partridge breast skewers or how about partridge breast pies simmered in whispering angel and fresh chicken stock , double cream and tarragon how a pie absabloodylutely should taste. Individual sizes or if you holler below I will happily get some big family sized ones baked off.

We have new season award winning hoisin wild duck breast sausages , if you know you know.

Game wise at the counter we have partridge anyway you can think of and shall happily prepare whilst you wait , minced ,diced, whole, oven ready - As tasty as chicken completely free range and here's the catch - cheaper

Lovers of grouse we have young new season fresh oven readies available £8.75 each

wild Mallard- I have a few from last night oven readies £6.50 each

We have our fantastic range of Scotch beef steaks , the ribeye's this week are quite simply the vicars Knickers as are the T bones and tomahawks

Freshly made Palmerston bakeries sourdough

New game season almost upon us with partridge and wild duck being available from 1st September

Recipe development day
Partridge breast sausage with finely diced fresh red chilli (seeds n all)
Diced sweet apple
Crumbled stornoway
And a mix of fresh herb n spice with a touch of cider

Morning Darlings
Hope everyone has a sparkle in their eyes and a wee spring in their step this morning I am two coffees in so getting there.

Fully stocked as always troops but lets have some cheeky specials for the weekend

Live creel caught Lobster £22 per kilo that's around 2 lobster for that price and genuinly the fish markets still have these at £35 per kilo .

Fresh baby squid straight off the boat this morning only £5 per kilo usually £15-19 per kilo

Big ole freshly laid Scottish duck eggs per tray of 30 only £19.90 - buy 30 share em with your friends , truly amazing when used in baking or fresh pasta

Lovers of the BBQ , and its looking good for the weekend we have picania (Rump Caps ) and Bavette steaks both at only £17.80 per kilo
