Our driving force behind our growth and success is our passion in sourcing the best local produce. We have direct contact with the farmers and the animals are reared to our own specific standard to ensure consistency. We believe in supporting local and recognise the quality that exists on our doorstep. In 2020 days prior to the first lockdown we opened a 2500 square foot Butchery & Food Hall, loca

ted in Lisburn. Our Food Hall has provided us with an outlet to showcase our capabilities and provide our customers with quality, provenance and excellent service. In 2022 we launched the opening of another Food Hall, located in Dromore. Within both of our Food Halls we offer a vast range of cooked and raw products made by our talented team of butchers, chefs and production operatives. Alongside our Carnbrooke range we love to support local, artisan suppliers and hope to continue growing these relationships. Our Food Hall's continue to thrive along with our offering and we are keen to keep growing in all areas of our business and are excited for our future!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our team, we have 1 position in Lisburn and 1 position in Dromore.

📍 Location: Dromore or Lisburn
⏰ Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 40 hours (includes rotational weekend shift)
💰 Pay: £14.50 per hour

What you’ll do:
• Lead and motivate our retail team
• Maintain high standards in our Food Hall
• Support scheduling, ordering, and daily operations
• Act as a key holder for opening/closing

What you need:
• 1+ year of busy retail experience (with supervisory/key-holding duties)
• Great communication skills and basic MS Office knowledge

What we offer:
• Permanent contract 40 Hours per week
• A workplace that values quality, local produce, and your input
• No late nights/ early mornings and finishing no later than 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. Availability can be discussed at interview.

We were delighted to be there on Saturday for the incredible Barbarians v Banbridge RFC match at R***e Park — a truly special occasion as the club celebrates its 100th anniversary. 🎉

We’re especially proud to support a club that means so much to our local community, and even more so when we have our own people representing the club.

Banbridge RFC captain Matthew is a valued member of our team here at Carnbrooke alongside Stefan who proudly pulls on the Banbridge jersey. 🏉👏

It makes supporting the club all the more special to see people we work alongside representing Banbridge RFC both on and off the pitch.
