First steps to my Xmas day smoked salmon terrine. Coriander infused cure followed by beech cold smoke for 24 hrs. Filling will be hot smoked salmon and dill cream cheese mousse. Even Mr Robin knew there was magic happening Boomer Smoke House

6 day on the cure and 24hr oak smoked. Will be ready to slice in 5 or 6 days to make melt in your mouth sweet and smokey...
