People often ask us how much pork fat there is in our venison sausages?

Happily, we tell them that there isn’t any. Our venison sausages contain venison and venison alone, all of which comes from here on the Walsingham Estate.

Deer need to be managed and the resultant sausages are superb in a bun with a dollop of Norfolk mustard 🦌

In just a couple of weeks, some of the very best steaks you can buy will be landing here in the Farm Shop.

They come from Aberdeen Angus cattle grazed here on the Estate, just up the hill from Walsingham.

Our beef boxes will be ready to go in a just a couple of weeks’ time.

One of the very best bits about dealing with a whole animal is that you end up with some of the less common but most delicious steaks going, from bavette to skirt steak to picanha.

In just a few weeks’ time, boxes of premium dry-aged Aberdeen Angus beef will be available from the Shop.

The beef comes from cattle raised at , by Rob Woodhouse, on some of the estate’s prettiest water meadows.

Long Meadow, at Hill House farm, is full of oyster catchers and hares and Rob’s cattle are part of the maintaining their habitat.

In just over a month’s time you’ll be able to order a beef box from the Walsingham Farm Shop.

This will be premium dry-aged Aberdeen Angus beef, from cattle raised by the Woodhouse family here on the Walsingham Estate at .

Rob and James Woodhouse pride themselves on the quality of their beef. These animals graze on a beautiful meadow just up the hill from the Farm Shop. They are part of the ecosystem and their grazing encourages rare birds like the grey partridge and lapwing by improving the habitat.

Rob Woodhouse cares deeply about his cattle and he takes great pride in the quality of his beef.
