Aguardiente Cookies 🇨🇴

Light fluffy and versatile bites perfect with a cup of coffee at any time of the day which will lift your spirits. Made with maizena ( cornstarch), eggs and a pinch of “ aguardiente “ a typical Colombian 🇨🇴 distilled aniseed spirit.
Recipe below 👇

125gm sugar
125gm butter
250gm cornstarch
150gm 00 flour
1-2 eggs
3 tbsp aguardiente
Temperature of oven to cook 160 C
Cooking time: 12-13 minutes
