My favourite time of year for all the delicious soft fruits. We have had some stunning raspberries, strawberries, apricots, plums. Teamed with meringues, crème fraiche and fresh cream is quite delightful. As for the cherries 🍒 they are off the scale, chief taster is being fastidious with quality control, well you surely can’t be to careful with checking the quality 😉🤤😍 I would have taken a photo of the strawberries 🍓 but they sold out before I had chance. More on Thursday.

Hello Sunshine 🌞 how lovely to be pottering in the garden 🪏 with the sun warming your skin and brightening your day. We have some wonderful plants including some gorgeous Hydrangeas, Fushia’s and Cosmos. Get the grow bags out and get your tomatoes and salad plants in. Or just pour yourself a cheeky beer 🍻 or wine 🥂 and get someone else to do it lol. What ever have a fabulous Bank Holiday weekend.

I’m so glad Mr Boss man is not overly fussed with Asparagus (I sometimes wonder 🤣🤣) it means chief taster gets to quality control the whole bunch or 2 or 3 well I have to make sure it is good enough for our customers 😉It’s a short season for the British Asparagus folks so enjoy it while you can 😋😋😋
